These terms govern your use of Kinetix (kinetimax.com), including Kinetix Trade and related pages. By using this site, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Kinetix operates the Kinetix platform: Kinetix Trade (spot, futures, and seconds markets), free on-chain tools and guides, and the AUDX token ecosystem pages. See About Us.

2. What is provided

Kinetix provides:

  • Kinetix Trade — trading access subject to account registration where required for orders, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Free tools and guides — browser-based utilities and educational materials that unlock electronically.
  • AUDX pages — information and interfaces related to the AUDX token (claim, presale, whitepaper).

3. Accounts and free tools

Many free tools unlock without payment. Kinetix Trade features that move funds or place orders require an account and compliance with platform rules. Buying or claiming AUDX is optional and separate from using free tools.

AUDX presale purchases are on-chain transactions using your own wallet and USDT, governed by the presale smart contract. See token.html.

4. License and usage rights

Unlocking a free product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish the content or code you receive without Kinetix permission.

5. No financial advice, no guarantees

Nothing on Kinetix is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and no profit, return, or outcome is promised or guaranteed. See the Risk Disclaimer.

6. Self-hosted tools and credentials

Where a product is a script or local tool, it is designed to run on infrastructure and keys that you create and control. Kinetix never requests seed phrases or private keys to use free tools, and does not take custody of funds you hold outside Kinetix Trade wallets you control through the platform.

7. Service availability

Kinetix provides services on a commercially reasonable basis. Features may be updated, paused, or improved over time.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version posted at this URL is the current one.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinetix is not liable for trading losses, technical losses, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, content, or tools. You use everything at your own risk and remain responsible for your funds, keys, and decisions.
