How can retail keep agency? Plan, size, review

Kinetix action guide · template before every click.
Agency = plan written, size computed, review on schedule before the click. Prediction accuracy is secondary; process ownership is primary.

Minimum plan template (copy this)

  1. Why — one-sentence thesis
  2. Entry — trigger (price / structure / time)
  3. Invalidation — what proves you wrong
  4. Exit — take-profit / scale / time stop
  5. Size — $ and % risk if invalidation hits
  6. Flat OK — no trigger → stay empty

Missing any item → no confirm.

How to act: plan → size → review

  1. Pre-commit rules in sight: “no template → no trade,” “honor invalidation,” “no average a broken thesis,” “day-loss stop ends the day.”
  2. Size before entry: size ≈ (equity × risk%) ÷ (entry-to-invalidation %). Cannot compute → Spot micro or flat.
  3. Fixed 4-step order flow: fill template → red-flag check → size → only then order. Skip a step → void.
  4. In trade, change only by plan: no “more room” on invalidation; to change the plan, flatten first, rewrite, then reconsider.
  5. Daily 5-minute review: how many templated? invalidation obeyed? emotion trades? one improvement for tomorrow.
  6. Weekly review: rule-obedience rate; obeyed and lost → cut frequency/size; broke rules and won → mark as debt, do not reward with larger size.

Pre-trade checklist

  • Six-line template filled
  • Size computed
  • Red flags checked (or flat on purpose)
  • Day-loss budget remaining
  • Not boredom/revenge

End-of-day checklist

  • Each trade: thesis / process / outcome
  • Rule-breaks marked
  • Only one habit change tomorrow

Say the plan out loud: ask Prophet to stress-test it; read Insights; execute first on Spot.
