Spot Underwater Add Planner

Your bag is underwater. Model the add before you deploy — blended average, fee-adjusted breakeven, dollars at risk if invalidation hits, and the largest add that still fits your budget or risk cap. When the numbers look right, open Kinetix Trade (Spot) and place the add.

Example: filled near $65,000
Example: 0.5 BTC on the books
Example: live print $58,000 — underwater vs entry
Example: limit add near $56,000

Total position loss if stop fills (fees included)
For hold vs add compare — capped to max that fits

Planning math only — not investment advice, not a profit guarantee, and not an order ticket. Markets move; fees, slippage, and fills can differ from this sketch.

How the add is calculated

Existing cost is bag × entry × (1+f). Blended average entry after an add of base a at price P is (bag×entry + a×P) ÷ (bag+a). Fee-adjusted breakeven exit solves total proceeds at exit = total cost: exit_be = (bag×entry×(1+f) + a×P×(1+f)) ÷ ((bag+a)×(1−f)). Move from mark is (exit_be − mark) ÷ mark. Dollars at risk if invalidation I hits is cost minus stop proceeds: bag×(entry×(1+f) − I×(1−f)) + a×(P×(1+f) − I×(1−f)). Max add from budget is budget ÷ (P×(1+f)); from risk cap it is the largest a keeping total risk ≤ cap. Planned add is the lesser of your USDT input and both caps.
